PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube/rod-form body being reliably mounted and removed for re-use. SOLUTION: This holding tool comprises a holding tool body part A' having a through-receiving hole part 20; and a holding part A" to receive and hold a tube/rod-form body B from a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal side. The receiving hole part 20 comprises a locking claw piece locked at the screw part 90a of a bolt 90; and an elastic contact piece 40 making contact with the bolt 90 so as to maintain a lock state between the lock claw piece and the bolt 90 in coordination with at least a part of a receiving hole part constitution body. The elastic contact piece 40 is brought into contact with the bolt 90 and attached to the bolt 90 with the bolt 90 received in the receiving hole part 20 so as to lock the lock claw piece at the screw part 90a. Movement to the bolt 90 is practicable in a direction in which locking between the lock claw piece and the screw part 90a is movable in an unlocked direction in a manner that the elastic contact piece 40 is bent.
