PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a branch pipe to reliably mount the tip part of a branch pipe in the given position of a buried pipe opening and provide sufficient adhesion. SOLUTION: A socket 13 for connection having diameter smaller than that of the opening 12 of a buried pipe 10 and having a semispherical part 16 protruding from an outer periphery is mounted on the tip of a branch pipe 11. A saddle member 18 provided at the tip of a cylindrical part 19 with a saddle part 20 and provided with a spherical part 21 fitted in the semispherical part 16 at the tip part of the socket 13 for connection is loosely fitted in a base part and an engaging piece 17 situated at the spherical part 16 is engaged with an annular uneven surface part 22 formed on the spherical part 21 in a manner that a position is regulatable.
