PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fixation of an element to a case with an operation from the outside of a peripheral wall after assembling built-in parts while mounting a plurality of transmission components including a planetary gear mechanism around a transmission shaft member, and putting the built-in parts in the case in a transmission with the planetary gear mechanism including the element to be fixed to the transmission case. SOLUTION: A first engaging part 48 to engage with a case 3a in a mutually inotational manner is formed on a fixed element 9b. A fixed member 51 which can be inserted from a peripheral wall outer surface of the case 3a is arranged inside of the case 3a. The fixed member 51 is engaged with a second locking part 50 formed on the fixing element 9b to restrain a relative motion of the fixed element 9b in axial direction against the case 3a.
