PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build in a coaxial cable without having to be concerned about breakage by providing a tubular member of metal to cover a part of an outer conductor, inserting the tubular member into the hole of a frame and soldering the outer circumferential part of the tubular member to the frame, thereby free handling the coaxial cable. SOLUTION: A tubular member 8 of metal is fitted over a part of the outer conductor 7 of a coaxial cable 4, and a synthetic resin heat-shrinkable tube 9 is applied striding the tubular member 8 and the outer conductor 7. The tube 9 is then heat shrunk in order to fix the tubular member 8 onto the outer conductor 7. A coaxial connector 10 is fixed to one end of the coaxial cable 4 which is then inserted, along with the other end thereof, into a hole 3a of a frame 3. Outer circumferential part of the tubular member 8 is soldered to the frame 3 at the position of the hole 3a thereof, thus grounding the tubular member 8. The outer conductor 7 is grounded to the frame 3.
