PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the play in mounting on a board by comprising a terminal leg formed by providing a first and second ribs near the top end to form a bending part between both ribs. SOLUTION: A terminal leg 2 has a first and second ribs 2b, 2c formed broadly near its top end and a narrow bending part 2d between both ribs. A connector to be a radial taping component having the such shaped terminal leg 2 is inserted in a hole of a board 8, its top end is clinched and bent along the board 8 surface, the broad first and second ribs 2b, 2c have a higher bending resistance than other parts and hence the thinned bending part 2d are bent, thereby determining the bending position. The side wall of the second rib 2c contacts the side wall of the hole of the board 8, thereby stabilizing against the hole, without deviation.
