<p>A long-life incandescent lamp in which a simplified structure is used to prevent the lamp coil from sagging. A filament (20) in the form of a coil (21) is held vertically by supports (30, 30') in a bulb (11). The coil pitch of the filament is smaller in the upper part than the lower part of the filament (20). Alternatively, the filament (20) of the incandescent lamp (10) is formed as a conic or trapezoidal coil (21), and the filament (20) is held vertically by supports (30, 30') in the bulb (11) in such a manner that the coil diameter is smaller in the upper part than the lower part.</p> |
