A medical instrument, or a snare with a recovering implement capable of concurrently excising and recovering a lesion under a satisfactory visual field in an endoscopic polypectomy technique for endoscopically excising a lesion such as a polyp grown in a body cavity tissue, wherein the snare with a recovering implement is provided at the tip end of the loop section of a high-frequency snare wire with a recovering implement and a fiber for operating the recovering implement.
