PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment device and an adjustment method by which a plurality of adjustment items of an electric apparatus having interaction can be adjusted in a short time. SOLUTION: A matrix generating section 12 normalizes a degree of influences among a plurality of adjustment items measured in advance to generate an interaction matrix. An inverse matrix generating section 13 generates an inverse matrix to the interaction matrix generated by the matrix generating section. An adjustment value arithmetic section 15 calculates outer-product between a deviation of a plurality of the adjustment items with respect to an object value measured in advance and the interaction inverse matrix generated by the inverse matrix to obtain the adjustment value for a plurality of the adjustment items whose interaction are eliminated. Then an adjustment section 16 simultaneously adjusts a plurality of the adjustment items of the electric apparatus on the basis of the adjustment values of a plurality of the adjustment items obtained by the adjustment value arithmetic section.
