METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DETECTION OF VOID IN CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and an apparatus in which a void generated inside fresh concrete is detected simply and by changing an inspection place. SOLUTION: This detecting apparatus for a void in concrete is provided with a rotor 3 which is installed at the tip part of a rod 2 connected to a shaft. The detecting apparatus is provided with a rotation driving means which turns the rotor 3 around the shaft. The detecting apparatus is provided with a means which measures a rotation torque value. The detecting apparatus is provided with a computing means which judges the void on the basis of the magnitude of the rotation torque value. The peak-hold processing means of the rotation torque value is provided before the computing means. In addition, the detecting apparatus is provided with an electrode 7 which is arranged and installed on the surface of fresh concrete. The detecting apparatus is provided with an electric circuit by which a voltage source 8 and an ammeter 9 are connected across the electrode 7 and the rotor 3.
