PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly use one hot water supply machine with a plurality of households without making its use inconvenient. SOLUTION: Hot water tapping temperature of a hot water supply machine 1 is fixed to a given temperature. A remote controller 3 is set to each of households being connected to the hot water supply machine 1 through two core cables. The remote controller 3 is provided only with a lockable power switch 6, as a control means, for controlling current application to the hot water supply machine 1. Thus, there is no such inconvenience as that hot water tapping temperature is changed by other remote controller 3, that current application to the hot water supply machine 1 is stopped by other remote controller 3, and the like, thereby providing convenience of use and enable safe use of the machine.
