<p>The invention concerns a detector with semiconductor comprising at least a block of sensor pixels, each sensor pixel consisting of a semiconductor element (1) having a first face covered with a first armature and a second face covered with a second armature, the sensor pixels being assembled side by side such that the first armatures define a detecting plane. The first armatures are covered with a planar conductive structure (2) enabling them to be electrically connected. The detector has no non-detecting dead zone. The invention is useful for detecting ionizing radiation (gamma radiation, X-radiation and the like).</p> |
