<p>A method for constructing a secretory protein library which comprises culturing a human cell line in a serum-containing medium, then culturing it in a serum-free medium optionally containing a secretion inducing agent, removing the medium components from the culture supernatant containing secretory proteins by the antibody column chromatography method with the use of a resin to which antibodies against proteins contained in the serum and the medium components are bonded, and fractionating and purifying the secretory proteins originating in the cell by isoelectric fractionation, molecular weight fractionation or hydrophobic fractionation.</p> |
