<p>A device for magnetically modifying a fluid so as to activate the fluid at high efficiency by creating a uniform strong magnetic field over the whole region inside a pipe through which the fluid flows, comprising a ring-shaped iron core (15) of a magnetic body fitted on the pipe (11) through which the fluid flows, a magnetic block (13) made up of a pair of ring-shaped magnets (14, 14) and provided on both sides of the ring-shaped iron core, and a case (19) enclosing the magnetic block, wherein the opposed surfaces of the ring-shaped magnets are S poles, and a P-type semiconductor layer is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the ring-shaped iron core.</p> |
