PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and removably mount a device that properly selects a moving picture and a still picture by disturbance of a received television video signal onto an existing television receiver. SOLUTION: A printed circuit board having a function of properly selecting a moving picture and a still picture by disturbance of a received television video signal is contained in a prescribed case 20a, and connected to respective pin plugs 23, 24 of a television tuner 9 and a display device 15 removably through standard pin plugs 25, 27.
