Electronic weighing device, compatible with the Regulation of the Commission of the Europoean Union 2366/98 of the 30th October 1998, that is adjusted and installed in operating olive oil mills with a maximum capacity of 4000 kilograms per hour, without previous measurement of the diamensions of the already installed mechanical parts of the above.Electronic weighing device for olives of a fixed and adjustable geometry characterised by a loadcell fitted to the middle (1) between the metallic frame of two legs adjusted for their height (2) and a metallic support frame (3) of the weighing pot (4) which features an L-shaped mechanism (5) and rotates with the use of a pneumatic piston fitted at its middle (6) whereas its closed position is controlled by an inductive terminal switch (11). The above weighing device cooperates with a door mechanism of a fixed geometry (7) fitted externally to the outlet of the vibrating screen (8), the door of which rotates with the use of a pneumatic piston fitted at its middle (9) whereas its closed position is controlled by an inductive terminal switch (10). All the above are controlled by an electronic industrial controller (15). |
