The buckle (1) can be longitudinally adjusted and can apply tightening force to lashing belts (8) with one or more holes (6, 7) for successive insertion into the buckle. There is a moving locking member (4) in the buckle to fix the belt in the desired position. A handle (22) is fitted to the locking member.
