PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attaching/detaching of a cartridge without complicating the opening/closing control of a panel or the structure of a disk tray. SOLUTION: A panel 12 for opening/closing an inlet/outlet window 11 is attached to the bottom surface part of the front wall 21 of a disk tray 20 by a rotary shaft bearing 30, and a plate-like lifting arm 13 having a lifting cover 14 is vertically provided on the panel 12 near the rotary shaft bearing 30. One end of a driving arm 31 is rotatably fixed to the outer upper side of a side wall 22, and the other end is locked in the edge side of the inlet/outlet window 11 when the disk tray 20 exits outside. In this case, since a linking arm 33 rotates and inclines the panel 12 linked with the driving arm 31, the tip part of the lifting arm 13 is rotated and moved to pass through a lifting arm hole 23, and lifts the tip part of a stored cartridge. A spring 36 pulls the panel 12 to the front cover 21 with respect to the free driving arm 31.
