PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the shielding case of an electronic equipment in a structure, where a the displacement of the thickness parts of the sidewalls opposing each other of the case associated with twisting of neck parts connected with the sidewalls is small, and on account of this, breakages, such as a scraping, in the square parts of holes provided in a printed board is little. SOLUTION: This shielding case of an electronic equipment is provided with a shielding case 1, which consists of a metal plate and has mounted legs 4 protruding from each of sidewalls 3 opposing to each other of the case 1 in the direction of the lower part of the case 1, the legs 4 respectively have a neck part 4a connected with each sidewall 3 and a wide head part 4b, which is provided at the end part of the neck part 4a and is used for twistingly stopping the neck part 4a, and laterial ribs 5, which are extended in the lateral direction in the vicinities of the neck parts 4a, are provided on each of the sidewalls 3. Therefore, when the head parts 4b of the legs 4 are twisted, the displacement of the sidewalls 3 due to a twist of the neck parts 4a is suppressed by the rids 5 provided on the sidewalls 3 in the vicinities of the neck parts 4a. As a result, the shielding case of the electronic equipment of a structure can be provided, where the displacement of the thickness parts of the sidewalls 3 associated with the twist of the neck parts 4a is little, and due to this, breakages, such as gnawing, in the square parts of holes 8 provided in a printed board 7 are few.
