The reinforcement connection is used in civil engineering for building of walls of three-layer prefabricated panels. It increases the sealing contact surface of the joint between the panels and increases the rigidity of the connection. The reinforcement connection is of tongue and groove type, the groove (11) of the preceding panel is fabricated between two identical adjacent triangular tongues (12). On both sides of the joint triangular notches are made, the elastic sealing component (4) being fitted to the preceding panel having the shape of an H-shaped section with triangular flanges (5, 7) and stem (3). The sealing component (4) is made of an elastic tube (8) engaging, at the flanges (5, 7), reinforcement triangular inserts (6) fitted in the notches between the panels. Stem (3) of component (4) is made of two adjoining walls of elastic tube (8) and is fitted between the groove (11) of the preceding panel and the triangular tongue (9) of the following panel.
