The method involves transmission based on a symmetrical encoding algorithm, whereby the sender (A) provides his message (N) with an identifier (KE) and encodes them together or separately with a key to form a crypto message and transmits the crypto message with his own identifier (SA) to the key management center (SVZ). The center decodes the message by obtaining the key from a database, encrypts the message after providing the sender's identifier, then sends the encrypted message plus the original identifier to the receiver (E), which decrypts it using its key (SE).
