<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an NC data forming device and a method, where the time required for forming NC data on a part mounter is shortened, the NC data are improved in quality, and the part mounting apparatus is improved in operation efficiency. SOLUTION: A numerical control data forming device is equipped with a data input section 10 which separates part data on parts, which are to be mounted and mounting coordinate data as to the mounting position of the parts from design data on a substrate to an input, a transfer means characteristic control section 15 which forms and controls transfer means characteristics data which indicate the relation between parts and a part transfer means based on the part data, a recognition method control section 16 which forms and controls recognition method data which indicate the relation between parts and a method of recognizing them based on the part data, a mounting time control section 22 which forms and controls mounting time data which indicate each mounting time required for mounting various kinds of parts resting on the part data, and a numerical control data forming means 11 which forms numerical control data based on the data on which the memory sections and the control sections are constituted of.</p> |
