PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic information change management system capable of displaying a changed position in graphic data so as to easily detect it. SOLUTION: The system stores the graphic data of at least a current version and its preceding version. A changed object management data storage part 32 stores the management data of a position changed from the preceding version. A changed position management part 36 extracts the graphic object data of the position changed from the preceding version from an old version object data storage part 35 on the basis of an object management number stored in the storage part 32. Then the management part 36 displays the changed position by emphasized display method or the like different from the display of other graphics.
