<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure space for installing a solar battery panel, facilitate a wide range of maintenance/management works for electrical equipment, and reduce cost for a panel frame including peripheral equipment and their basic construction work, in order to proliferate and promote large-scale solar-electric power generation. SOLUTION: By taking advantage of the characteristics of domestic railroad tracks in terms of direction and space, boards 3 are installed alongside an inter-station railroad track travelling, in a direction within a predetermined range of angles of deviation from an axis running from each to west, and solar batteries 4 are mounted on the boards 3 facing southward, whereby not only the construction of a large-scale solar farm is facilitated but also the electrical equipment, electricity handling technology and maintenance/management work unique to trains is utilized and shared in common. Furthermore, by having soundproof walls 2 installed in the inter-station railroad tracks, the walls 2 are utilized to mount the boards 3, whereby the construction cost for a frame can be reduced and the soundproof effect can be improved.</p> |
