<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular installing system which allows a circuit board to be removed and inserted from the front of an installing frame without detaching external cables or deactivating electric power supplied to equipment. SOLUTION: This releasable connector eliminates the possibility of a contact between the contact point on a circuit board 30 and a connector pin, when the circuit board 30 is inserted or removed by retracting the connector pin into a housing and is connected to the outside through an adapter, linking the connector at the rear of an installing frame to an external cable. The operation of the releasable connector is capable of detaching the connector pin from the contact point on the circuit board 30, before removing the circuit board 30. High-density mounting for equipment and housing of an arbitrary type of input/output are made possible. Since one section permits two circuit boards or more which link each other with an interface, repairing of the circuit board 30 and exchanging of the circuits of equipment are made possible. The frame is cooled by mounting a heat sink at the most headed constituent and an impeller cools components of the circuit board 30.</p> |
