PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone terminal device capable of transmitting the telephone number of a caller as an e-mail even though the caller does not bother to input the telephone number. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a telephone number detection circuit 2 detecting a telephone number inputted from a telephone line 1, a ringer signal detecting means 3, a dial circuit 5 transmitting a dial signal to the telephone line, an e-mail original preparing means 19 and a memory circuit 23 storing telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, the means 19 is made to prepare an e-mail by using a telephone number detected by the circuit 2, the circuit 5 is made to dial a telephone number stored in the circuit 23, and a controlling means 24 transmits the e-mail prepared by the means 19 to an e-mail address stored in the circuit 23.
