PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent offsetting phenomenon and sheet winding phenomenon and to ensure a wide fixing temperature range and good fixability by using a resin binder having a specified softening point and incorporating a specified compound as an additive. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic color toner contains a resin binder having 90-120 deg.C softening point and a polyalkoxypolysiloxane of the formula as an additive. In the formula, R1-R4 are alkyl each and (n) is an integer of 2-20. The polyalkoxypolysiloxane may be added as a mixture and is usually synthesized by the hydrolysis-dehydration condensation reaction of a tetraalkoxysilane, preferably tetramethoxysilane. The resin binder is preferably styrene resin, saturated or unsaturated polyester resin or epoxy resin.
