<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage controller by which collation is realized with high precision and passage is controlled with a high reliability by not only registering a passage rejection person but also registering a passage permission person to enhance a collation judging element. SOLUTION: The passage controller 11 controls passage at a gate position by collating image information of a person's face which is picked-up by an image pickup camera 14 with previously registered register information. In this case, the controller is provided with a retrieving means for previously registering respective pieces of information with respect to the passage permission person to be permitted and the passage rejection person to be rejected and retrieving face information at the other registered people side when the face of the person 16 who passes the gate position is picked-up by the image pickup camera and it is judged not to belong to one registered people side.</p> |
