<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower impedance and resistance of a coil spring shape conductive contact, increase the tolerance of alignment with contact body and improve the capability of soldering. SOLUTION: A conductive contact 1 consisting of a coil spring, having a pitch winding part in the middle of the axial direction and a cone shape contact needle 1b thinning toward the outside in both ends of the axial direction is formed. The wire 4 of the coil spring is reduced in diameter, the winding stem diameter at the end of the contact needle is reduced as small as possible and three layers of plating are provided to the wire. In the coil spring, an enlarged diameter part capable of elastically fitting in a penetration hole is provided. By this, the contact point against the contacter of the contact needle part can be made as close to the coil spring axis as possible, and the tolerance range of alignment with the contacter can be widened. Also for increase in resistance due to cross sectional area reduction of the wire, the resistance can be reduced by providing plating layers. Since coil spring can be stopped at the enlarged diameter part, soldering work is facilitated.</p> |
