PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circuit simulation device, a circuit simulation method, and a computer readable recording medium with a circuit simulation program recorded, which increase the processing speed while keeping a high precision. SOLUTION: A circuit simulation device 1 is provided with a simulation part 2 for circuit with earth capacity, a simultaneous operation signal detection part 3, and a simulation part 5 for circuit with crosstalk noise. The simulation part 2 takes all the coupling capacities in a circuit, which is the analysis object, as an earth capacity to simulate this circuit. The simultaneous operation signal detection part 3 decides whether signals in wiring at both ends of each coupling capacity are simultaneously operated by a prescribed reference or not on the basis of the simulation result of the simulation part 2. The simulation part 5 simulates a circuit to which a coupling capacity is partially set and an earth capacity is partially set by a coupling capacity selective addition part 4.
