Preparation method for a pharmaceutical preparation, namely an ointment or cream for the treatment of psoriasis and eczema, characterised in that the following are used in parts per hundred: olive oil (oleum olivarum) (40 cc), mastich (mastix) (4 g), wax (cera) (13 g) vegetable pitch (pix vegetal) (30cc), and sulphur (sulfur) (13g). The olive oil is placed with the mastich in a stainless metal container, heated over a naked flame and stirred with a spatula (or glass rod or spoon) until the mastich has dissolved, the wax and vegetable pitch are then added and the mixture is heated for 40 to 60 minutes with stirring. The mixture is then left to cool. If a sediment forms during cooling, the sediment is removed and discarded. This step is carried out in a separator. The above cream is prepared with a larger added proportion of olive oil in relation to the other ingredients. |
