The vertical wall or base plate has through openings to take holding sleeves (3). The insert end (2.1) of each article support (2) has on its side a locking cam (2.3) so that when the insert end is inserted in a first angular position into the holding sleeve and then tilted into a second angular position on reaching its end position the locking cam engages behind a stop (3.13) provided in the sleeve so that the support cannot be drawn out from the sleeve. Clamping wedges (4) can be provided to adapt to different thickness of wall plate .
