PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A FILLMASS FOR RUBBER, PLASTICS, DYES AND PAPER

The process for producing a fillmass for rubber, plastics, dyes and paper comprises the dry micronization of a quarz sand containing minimum 98 % SiO 2 and maximum 0.1 % F 2 O 3 and the grain size of 0.1 ... 0.5 mm, in a ball mill pulverizer, followed by pneumatically sorting the ground product at 40 miu. The fraction having a greater size than 40 miu is recirculated in the mill and finally a pneumatic sorting of the fraction having up to 10 miu and the dry filtration of the finished product takes place.
