PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an incoming confluent noise without causing a cost increase of a system. SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house that is provided with a frequency converter 8, a terminal MODEM 9 being a 1st terminal MODEM and a PC 10 being a 1st communication terminal with respect to a head end 6 provided with a controller 4 and a communication MODEM 5 via a 2-way CATV transmission line 7, is connected to a house of one's own provided with a 2nd terminal MODEM 9 with the same function as that of the 1st terminal MODEM and with a PC10 being a 2nd communication terminal, and the communication connection can be set to the controller 4 by using a frequency of a guard band (RG) of the terminal MODEM 9 of the multiple dwelling house. |
