PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily connect a branch conductor, without processing a conductive round wire to have a flat surface and a hole for connection or the like. SOLUTION: This branch conductor includes first and second sandwiching bodies 51, 52, having sandwiching parts 51a, 52a for contacting with a periphery of a conductive round wire 4 and sandwiching the conductive round wire 4, and a screw body 13 for jointing the sandwiching bodies 51, 52. The conductive round wire 4 is sandwiched by fastening the screw body 13, and the position of a branch part of the conductive round wire 4 is changed by loosening the screw body 13.
