PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high temperature exhaust gas after combustion to be cooled by allowing the exhaust gas to pass through the inside of a cooling tube and increase safety and decrease odor concentration or NOx concenhation by allowing the exhaust gas to pass through with outside air introduced from an outside air introducing port to exhaust outside in a sufficiently cooled state. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a gas combustion part l having a combustion room 4 for burning combustible components contained in exhaust gas G, an exhaust gas introducing part 5 for introducing the exhaust gas G into the inside of the combustion room 4, and a smoke stack part 16 having a smoke stack pipe 18 for exhausting the exhaust gas inside the combustion room 4, wherein a cooling pipe 20 is provided on the smoke stack part 16 and extended to a circumference of a gas outlet of the smoke stack pipe 18 and an outside air introducing part 21 is formed on the cooling pipe 20.
