PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the extent of remodeling of existent software production supporting devices when specifications are changed by transferring a common database to one of extracted software production support device. SOLUTION: A common information extracting device 16 performs operation by a database structure information generation system 23. When data are an object to be stored, overwrite data are stored as common data and modified data are stored as common data so that they will be added as a modification history. A common information transfer device 17 performs writing to database.screen common data 13. A localized transfer device 18 is actuated to read in the common data 13. When there is a modification concerning a screen display and operation processing software generation system 24, final data are read out of the common data 13 and while the modification history in the common data 13 is being read in, the history is reflected. After repetition, the data on which the history is reflected are opened.
