Trimmable rapid construction and form work panel that can be cut without the need for machinery and without the production of dust and noise comprises a crush- and shear-resistant core and outer layers of material with good tensile strength. Trimmable rapid construction and form work panel has a sandwich structure comprising a core material that is resistant to crushing and shearing and covered on both sides with an outer layer with good tensile strength. A first outer layer can be cut through using a hand knife tool and the other outer layer can be broken off. The core material can be broken off cleanly without the formation of dust and without fringing or splitting along the cutting line in the first outer layer.
