<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an aluminum foil transfer resistor paste in transfer rate to a molding resin so as to enhance it in resistance stability. SOLUTION: Material 14 composed of thermosetting base resin, conductive powder, binder resin, and organic solvent is atomized into fine powder and dispersed. The atomized material 14 is subjected to solvent substitution in a heated warm both 17. Thereafter 4% organic bentonite powder 21 is added to the material 14 subjected to solvent substitution so as to obtain a resistor paste.</p> |
