摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a satellite positioning apparatus for mobile bodies and a car navigation system which are preferably connected to a car computing system and can be made compact without forcing unnecessary costs to users not requiring a car navigation function. SOLUTION: The satellite positioning apparatus 10 for mobile bodies includes a position measurement means 11 which measures the present position of a mobile body on the basis of position information included in a receive signal received from a satellite via a GPS antenna 17, state detection means 12 and 15 for outputting state detect signals corresponding to a move state of the mobile body, and an operation means 11 for operating an estimate position of the mobile body based on the state detect signals outputted from the state detection means and a position measurement signal of the present position. Such satellite positioning apparatus and car navigation system can be obtained that are preferably connected to a car computing system and can be made compact without forcing unnecessary costs to users not requiring car navigation function.
