<p>A method and a device for wiping, wherein, using two types of wipers; reciprocatingly oscillating wipers (1) and rotary wipers (4), in normal volume of rain, the reciprocatingly oscillating wipers are operated to wipe off rain and, in a volume of rain exceeding the limit of wiping capacity of the reciprocatingly oscillating wipers, the rotary wipers are operated to wipe off rain after the reciprocatingly oscillating wipers have been stopped at specified positions, whereby, even in a heavy rain-fall of 50 mm or more, the visibility of an operator can be assured satisfactorily.</p> |
