PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing door device for a recording medium driving device, that a torsion spring is incorporated in a door while it is completely held by the door. SOLUTION: A torsion spring 23 having arm parts 23a and 23b bent beforehand is attached to the supporting part 21A of a door 21, and from this state, the rotary shafts 21a and 21b of the door 21 are inserted into support bearing holes 22c and 22d. At this time, since the arm parts 23a and 23b of the torsion spring 23 are respectively opposed to the support parts 22G and 22H of a support frame 22, the attaching work of the torsion spring 23 is facilitated. Also, since it is not necessary to change only the torsion spring 23 after the attaching of the door 21 to the support frame 22, excessive forces on the torsion spring 23 during assembling is prevented from being applied.
