PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve possibility for an article purchaser to recognize emitted light, and to present an improved eye catch effect by freely adjusting the light emitting direction of a light emitting element. SOLUTION: A light emitting element 15 limited in the angle of view is flickered and driven and attention is called to a prescribed article sample. When installing a display device 12, the style of use is selected corresponding to the height or the like of a decorative part to the article sample, the respective folding parts of a base 13 are folded so as to provide corresponding shape and afterwards, the base is attached to the upper part of the article sample while using a double coated adhesive tape or magnet sheet. The folding angle of a third folding part 13f is adjusted so that a solar battery 17 can be turned toward an illuminator, and the folding angle of a fourth folding part 13h is adjusted so that the light emitting direction of the light emitting element 15 can be turned toward the positions of the eyes of the article purchaser. The installed display device 12 efficiently generates power with the light of the illuminator and emits light toward the positions of the eyes of the article purchaser so that attention can be called to the specified article sample.
