PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a digital broadcast receiver by which a program of a digital broadcast sent again through simple frequency conversion can be selected by means of an electronic program guide, a PAT or an NIT or the like. SOLUTION: A control section 103 of the digital broadcast receiver controls a tuner section 104 on the basis of information in a storage means 1032 that stores a number of a transport stream of a digital broadcast, transmission frequency information and reception frequency information denoting a frequency for re-transmission described in the NIT.
