PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn on and off lighting for arbitrary illustrations formed on a reel. SOLUTION: The reel structure having a rotatable reel is provided with a reel tape 34 which is formed of high-transmittance members formed with the plural designs constituting the outer peripheral part of the reel 32 and plural light emitting elements 36 which are disposed on the rear surface of the reel tape 34 in correspondence to the respective designs formed on the reel tape 34. A power source is selectively supplied via a power source supply substrate 38 to the plural light emitting elements 36, by which the specific designs are arbitrarily lighted.
