PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic doorknob and a method for making the metallic doorknob with high productivity. SOLUTION: This metallic doorknob comprises a hollow base 10 provided with a first end formed like a column 11 and a second end formed like a bowl 15, and a hollow cap 20 fixed to the bowl 15 of the hollow base 10. The column 11, the first end has a bore 12 formed on the bottom part of the doorknob.
