PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously use sponge bodies on both surfaces in the case of usage in a gap by inserting a connection piece part to a part between an upper sponge body and a lower sponge body, adhering the lower one to an elastic plate piece and adhering the connection piece part and the upper sponge body onto the upper surface of the elastic plate piece. SOLUTION: A washing block body 1 is sufficiently reinforced by an elastic leaf spring shape connection piece part 6 and also sufficiently elastically deformed even when it has a long shape in a front and rear direction, the sponge can be inserted to a gap or a small and narrow space to be easily used with an excellent durability. Then a handle part 5 does not become an obstacle and washing is attained by using the both upper and rear surfaces. Moreover, the adhesive strength in the block body 1 and a handle body 2 is large with an excellent durability. Especially the soft upper and lower sponge bodies 3 and 4 are temporarily adhered to the elastic plate piece with middle-class elasticity and strength and, then, connected to the connection piece part 6 of the handle body 2 in structure so that a part where an elasticity, a rigidness or a strength is rapidly changed is eliminated in an usage state to prolong the life.
