SPINNERET AND SPINNING OF ACRYLIC FIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a spinneret capable of ensuring a higher density of nozzle holes and stably spinning acrylic fibers without a high productivity without causing the yarn breakage and a method for spinning the acrylic fibers. SOLUTION: This spinneret 1 is obtained by forming the outer shape thereof into a nearly rectangular shape, forming many nozzle holes divided in plural nozzle hole densely aggregated regions 2 and further forming unperforated regions 3 around each nozzle hole densely arranged region 2. The nozzle hole densely aggregated regions 2 have end region 2a and 2g formed at the ends of the spinneret 1 and one or more central regions 2b to 2f formed between the end regions 2a and 2g at both ends of the direction of the long sides. Furthermore, nozzle holes in the above end regions 2a and 2g are arranged so that the outer edge shape at sites corresponding to each corner part of the spinneret 1 forms a curve.
