PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simply constituted housing type eaves capable of securing the sufficient overhang length and capable of being easily housed without hindering taking in and out work of a cargo. SOLUTION: This housing type eaves 1 are constituted of a sheet member 4 arranged so as to be pulled out of a housing body 3 to be installed in an upper part of an opening part 2 for taking in and out a cargo and a holding means for holding this pulled-out sheet member 4 by overhanging to the outside from the opening part 2. This holding means is constituted of rod members 6, 6 swingably suspended from both side positions of the housing body 3 of the sheet member 4 and support members 7, 7 for supporting the rod members 6, 6 in an angle position swung outside the opening part, and is constituted by arranging hookingly fastening parts 10, 10 for hookingly fastening the sheet member 4 to the rod members 6, 6.
