PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cut to small scant by aligning a plurality of prepregs on a metal foil having a larger area than the total area of the prepregs, and heating and pressurizing and integrating the prepregs to a laminate. SOLUTION: This metal foil-clad laminate is obtained by aligning a plurality of prepregs on a metal foil, heating, pressurizing and integrating the prepregs to a laminated. As the laminate of the prepregs, a fiber base material is impregnated with a thermosetting resin obtained by blending a curing agent and other necessary component with an epoxy resin or the like and dried, and as a fiber baser material, a glass nonwoven fabric, glass woven fabric paper or the like is used. A thickness of the metal foil is not particularly limited. A size of the foil may be larger by about 5 to 20 mm than a sum of the prepregs aligned in parallel and their gaps, sizes of the plurality of the prepregs may not be the same, but the prepregs may be folded after laminating without obstacle. Manufactured both side metal foil-clad laminate is folded at gaps as a center before cutting off lugs of its peripheral edge, and cut to small scant. Thus, an efficiency of the small scant cutting can be enhanced.
