PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide porous micropunching equipment and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: Punching equipment has a plurality of punching tips formed as part of the punching equipment to equally form holes, via holes or the like in a substrate. The punching equipment provides a tool 34 having holes 36 as a whole. The tool forms the plurality of punching tips on a block by applying arching to a block 37, an integrated material. Applying trajectory motion to the tool with the punching tips centered forms the plurality of punching tips to provide the punching equipment with a base and the plurality of punching tips formed on the base. The punching chips have flared segments and meet the base at the segments.
